Food Drive (18 – 22 February) in support of the Food Bank of Singapore
The School and the Parents Support Group have organised a Food Drive in support of the Food Bank of Singapore (http://www.foodbank.sg/). The collected food items will be distributed to the Food Bank of Singapore’s member beneficiaries.
We accept all types of non-perishable food items that are unopened, unused and with a shelf life ending April 2019 or later.
The following food items are most needed:
Rice, beverages (UHT or powdered milk, Milo, tea or coffee), instant noodles, cup-noodles, pasta, biscuits (cream crackers, sweets chocolates and chips), canned food (canned sardine, mushrooms, tuna, chicken, fruits, soup), cooking oil, sauces (tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce), seasonings (salt, sugar) and spreads (kaya, fruit jams, peanut butter).
Please do not contribute rusty/unlabelled cans, perishable items, opened/used items or expired items.
The items may be dropped off at the Estate Office (level 2 of the IB Block) between 7.00am to 5.00pm from 18 – 22 February. A collection booth will be set up for parents at the roundabout between 6:45am to 7:20 am during this period.
We thank you very much for helping those who are in need as well as reducing food wastage.
